This site claims to be based in the UK, but that's not the case. You'd think items would ship from the UK, right? Turns out they're in Spain, which isn't a big deal since the delivery was quick. I had an electrician set up my fan, and he pointed out that the light wouldn't turn off completely when the switch was off. We checked all the earth and live connections, and everything seemed fine. The fan's light, installed in the bedroom, still had a faint glow after being switched off. To get any customer support, you have to join a WhatsApp group, which was a real hassle. Honestly, there was zero customer service available. I got no assistance in fixing the issue with the light. The fan itself works great, but I had to disconnect the plugin light connector to stop that annoying glow from keeping us up at night. Not really happy with this experience.

I picked out my fan from Spain because it spins slowly at 75 rpm and does so quietly. It stays silent even at speed 3. UPS tried to hit me with import duty taxes, but the Ceiling Fan Company sorted that out quickly. No extra fees to worry about. At first, my fan wouldn’t turn on. After a lot of head-scratching, I figured the remote was the issue; unbelievably, one of the brand new AAA batteries in the factory packaging was dead. My only gripe is that the installation guide is in Spanish. While the cover page has an English translation, the actual instructions inside are all in Spanish. For the price, it would’ve been great to have a dimmer for the light, but all in all, it’s the best slow-running fan I could find.

The fan looks really stylish and has definitely sparked some conversations.

Other than the fan's awesome appearance, there was a tiny locking pin that wasn't included in the original package, but the team quickly sent the missing piece via courier. I'm really impressed.
